#9 Inconsistent response messages in protocol

The response messages in chapter 4 are inconsistent. Text: "The server sends either 202 OK...", Summary at end of chapter: "202 OK CONNECTIONMODE". Same for "GO", text: "The server sends 200 OK <ID>", summary at end of chapter: "200 OK GO <ID>".
