Section 2.6 states that the TIME Device is the preferred time source for the time in replies..

Section 5.4.8 states that the TIME device is stopped in the default state. It is started by the "SET 0 TIME ..." command.

If the TIME device is really used as time source for replies, what times are reported until the timer starts?
