I've just received feedback from Simon, that his report was created in
German and will not be published, so I went about creating the missing
documentation for the new ViewPlatform. I hope this will help everyone
to get into the event system easier.
@Leif: You may want to add the parts about the *Done events and maybe
add a page about the design of the XHTML plugin later.
PS: I also sent a support request to SF for removing the directories of
the old view plugins. I left the ViewXTHML directory though, as Leif
will be reusing that one.
