[SrcML] new ViewPlatform in CVS

The new ViewPlatform (as discussed earlier on this list) is now in CVS.

If you have a few minutes to spare please try it as it will certainly
have a few glitches left. The new ViewJava plugin is now oriented at the
SUN Java Coding Conventions. Of course not all points mentioned in the
conventions are supported, but the code should be relatively close.

The old plugins are still in CVS, but are commented out in the ant build
file, as they will not work with the new platform anymore.
