[SrcML] ViewPlatform

Hi,

first of all, I announce that I'm still interested in the development  
of SrcML. But it has to be clear, that it is now only an activity in  
my spare time, so the response time may be a bit longer.

For the new ViewPlatform, I'm tending to a rewrite with a single  
method for each tag. It's much clearer how it works, so you can find  
easier access if you want to modify or create a new plugin. This will  
work similar to the XSLT solution, but with the advantage to also use  
methods and constants defined in the API. Also we don't lose the  
ViewPlatform itself and can provide a framework with an unique  
structure.

The idea of the event system needs more discssion, or in fairness  
more detailed thoughts from my side :)
