[SrcML] build directories in CVS

Apparently the build/ directories got accidentally imported into the
CVS tree for the plugins in the srcml module. I have manually removed
the .class files from the CVS, but the directories still remain. I hope
there were no problems caused by this (considering it seems to have been
in CVS for over 2 weeks now I doubt anyone else came across it yet).
I've posted a SourceForge support request to get those build/ directories
removed as well:
