The html2text method treats <p> and <br /> the same.
<br /> should be rendered as a single line break not two.

http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/struct/text.html is an
interesting discussion on rendering text.

Unfortunately in our application, which is using the Epoz
editor this is very noticable.
