#17 Hardcoded string /check_quota/config.php & show_graph.php

Once sorting out the config for the quota, I found the hardcoded message - i.e. no translation:
$cq_intro_text = 'Capacidade em uso:';

For english, comment out this and uncomment the original.

The acutal usage X de Y also can be changed to X of Y found in show_graph.php
