#14 Error Messages not displayed

Looks like the errors are not coming through.

For example - click 'Read' with no messages selected. All that will appear is '-ERROR'

It should say -
ERROR:

No messages were selected.
Click here to return to INBOX

I'm not having a winge, I still think this is a great look and feel. Just working on some of the minor items.
