#198 new plugin: mangle_mail_html

This plugin solves the problem of inserting images in html mails.

When including an image, actually fckedit inserts a link to the image, and that can be a problem if the image is not on a publicly accessible web site.

this plugin checks if the sender is sending an image from a specified list, and, if so, includes it as an inline attachment and corrects the link.
