#14 Fetch Mail improvement

I think actual fetch mail version is fetching mails in a "serial"
mode, in a way that if you have many account configureds
or a server has a slow connection it takes a long time to
fetch all servers.
Probably it will be better to implement "pararel" fetching mail.

Thanks to developers for creating Squirremail.

Please also remove clock from top of the link frame, or
make it an option :))
