#139 $data_dir not set in plugins/amavisnewsql/setup.php

Version: 0.8.0

If no email adress in the user preferences are set, the
plugin try to get the base email adress and set the
email adress to the user preferences.

As the $data_dir is not set, a error is produced when
the user has no email adress in his preferences.

I attached a patch which moves the includes and the
'global $data_dir;' statement above the setpref.
