I updated the plugin online_users-1.2 to v. 1.3
It is a squirrelmail plugin that shows how many users
that are loged in on their web mail

- Fixed mysql queries, as they sometimes failed and
sometimes showed incorrect number of users online.
- Removed the online user information, if nobody is
signed in.
- We do not want to log users timestamp before they log
in. Fixed.
