#438 Add a body.left for the left frame and body.login for the lo

This patch was made with the current SVN code. It adds "class='left'" and "class='login'" to the left_main.php and login.php files so a default CSS sheet can be used for easy branding (like adding a file on the top via CSS background+padding-top or a custom background).
