#435 patch: $left_refresh_values to be msgid_plural compliant

Hi,

this is a patch to include/options/folder.php
to allow drop-down list "Auto Refresh Folder List" ($left_refresh_values variable) show localized items based on msgid_plural.

This patch is to the latest stable version 1.4.10a

Thanks, but we currently do not have ngettext as a "feature" in the stable branch. In the Devel branch this already has been addressed.
