#433 Show parent folders of subfolders

I am using squirrelmail with a dovecot IMAP server. I have a hierarchy of folders, similar to:

INBOX
INBOX.Sent
INBOX.Accounts.Account1
INBOX.Accounts.Account2
INBOX.Projects.Project1
INBOX.Projects.Project2

In the folder pane, I only see the leaf folders, but not their parent (note the indentation):

INBOX
Sent
Account1
Account2
Project1
Project2

The attached patch against squirrelmail-1.4.9a corrects this to:

INBOX
Sent
Accounts
Account1
Account2
Projects
Project1
Project2

This fixes bug #1209393.

Ok, so *don't* note the indentation :-/

What should be visible is that "Sent" is indented one level, and "Account1", "Account2", "Project1" and "Project2" are indented two levels. In the corrected output, "Accounts" and "Projects" are indented one level.
