#424 New theme (Forest Night)

Easy on the eyes, effective, soothing, warm and natural armytent flavor. I've been using this with Squirrelmail ever since 2002, finally public.

I also added my take on the default theme (but I haven't given that a name), plus a couple of .css versions.
I personally use jultcool.css .

It would be nice to have at least the theme (forestnight.php) and jultcool.css added to the distribution, so I don't have to keep changing config.php ;-)
Feel free to change the name of the jultcool.css file.
