#357 incorrect foldLine

class/deliver/Deliver.class.php does not have the
following lines around the line 600, just before the
comment "clean folding didn't work".

if (substr($line_tmp, $iFoldPos, 2)
== '=?') {
$iFoldPos--;
}

These lines are needed for mimed headers.
