#302 Feat. Req. #758027: Ability to toggle answered/not answered

(Note: This is already submitted to the feat. req. in
which this is a patch to, just thought I'd post the
patch here as well, as it *is* a patch...)

The attached patch will add two buttons ('Answered' and
'Unanswered') next to the Read/Unread ones, as well as
implement the actual toggling.

Affected files:
squirrelmail/functions/mailbox_display.php
squirrelmail/src/move_messages.php

The patch is not tested as I do not have the means to test
it :/ But if some one, anyone, would be so kind as to test
it for me so that this could go into CVS ASAP, I'd be
overly
ecstastic, or at least a bit happier than I am now ;)
