I'm having the same problem as described in this thread from February:

I used MySQLCC to manually edit the ical_raw field, replacing the DTEND
This got rid of the error and allowed the calendar to display properly.
The user does not remember doing anything differently when creating that
It really would be nice if an error in one event didn't disrupt the
display of all the following events.
