Are there any other logging options such as general activity, amount of data transferred, etc? This may be suited as an MTA-specific thing, but it doesn't hurt to ask if Squirrelmail does/can support it. :) > -----Original Message----- > From: squ...@li... > [mailto:squ...@li...] On > Behalf Of p dont think > Sent: Wednesday, May 28, 2003 3:17 PM > To: 'Glenn Sieb'; squ...@li... > Subject: RE: [SM-PLUGINS] It's far from perfect... > SQL_Squirrel_Logger, my edit > > > > I have very minimal SQL and PHP knowledge, but this is a kludge of > what > > I've done at work for a Goldmine web reporting engine... if anyone > would > > like to take a crack at it, and make it prettier, > filterable, etc, I'd > be > > more than happy to let you :)))) > > > > http://www.wingfoot.org/~ges/sq/sql_squirrel_logger-ges.tar.gz > > > > It ain't pretty, but it does display the log, and > alternates row color > > based on username for easier reading. > > thanks, by the way. I have a question about the Shared Calendar. Is there a way to make it that every user that logs in has access to the Shared Calendar? The current way is to populate the array but I looking at a couple thousand users. I'm not a php guru but is there a way to make $admins equal to the username that logs in? Steve |

Well, we are going to try and use SquirrelMail as a web interface for a school. The CIO wants to use Horde and Imp and I'm trying to convince him to go with SM. The idea is to allow all students, faculty, and staff create a Calendar and share it with their respective friends or collegues. This can allow them to coordinate their schedules. So the idea to have 1000's of users do it, yes, I want them all to be able to share. But do I want them all to administer? I'm not sure. It appeared in the administration part is where you create additional calendars and decide who has access to it. I didn't see it anywhere else. Thanks. -----Original Message----- From: pdo...@an... Following up on this old thread just to let you know that I've just released a new version of the calendar that has this functionality. If you want all of your users to be able to create their own shared calendars, the config.php file in the data directory of the calendar plugin should look like this: $admins = array( '*' => 'no', ); The plugin can be downloaded from: http://squirrelmail.org/plugin_view.php?id=105 Cheers, Paul |

Nope, those just log logins, logouts, and invalid logins. Ah well, thanks anyway. :) I'm already using the SQL logger which works well. I've seen a few Sendmail scripts around which may do the trick. > Don't think so.
