You are right on all of these. I will take care of these bugs in the next

You mean in the GUI about notification? A parameter could be an email
address, for email notification, a cellular phone number for SMS, or
something else that I can't think of right now. Usually it's something
related with the recipient of the notification, yes, so you have a point.
I will try to find a solution. :)
The Cyrus Notification thingie needs some sort of Help document or
documentation for the end user, FWIW, let alone the whole SIEVE plugin...
