I have a request from a user. I've looked through the available Plugins, but I don't
see anything that seems to do what's wanted. Does anyone know if the following is
currently possible? :
While logged into SquirrelMail on account A, periodically mail account B would be
checked for any new mail. If there is new mail, some notification would appear in
the SquirrelMail of account A.
Reason: this is for a situation where two people share a computer. One person is
logged into SM accessing his own mail account A, but user B wants to be told if she
has any new mail. If she does, then user A would logout and user B would login and
read her mail.
Mail fetch could be used, as that would automatically check account B for mail.
However, that would actually retrieve the new mail and bring it into account A. User
B prefers to just be notified of the new mail, as she prefers to read her mail
herself in her own SM session.
Is that possible with a current plugin, or perhaps a modification to a plugin?
