Two big improvements would be:
1. The delete button in the same place in the Inbox page and the read
email page. Now it moves back and forth from the left to right side of the

There was a thread a few months back on this list about this. I strongly
advocated (and still do) for giving the delete button our most valued
screen real estate (at the very top left of both screens), and keeping it
in the same place on all screens. I still think that change needs to be
made, but the conversation more or less fell off....
Templating is in the pipeline and will change this, since other people ca=
rearrange things as they see fit in their own "skins", but I very much
think our default should be changed.
Also note that the only place any such changes would ever be made is in 1=
