Squirrelmail already comes with this by default. Its the Filters plugin, I would
recommend trying to talk your ISP into turning it on.

Its already in the works. I have already created both a patch, and a plugin (1.5.1)
for complete VCard support. I just need to get around to actually cleaning it up
enough to get it submitted into the CVS trunk.
