Up until a point (1.3.0?) Squirrelmail would first do the logout plugin
hook, and *then* it would destroy the session and cookies:
setcookie('username', '', 0, $base_uri);
setcookie('key', '', 0, $base_uri);
This seems to be the other way around in current CVS:
Is there any particular reason for this change? The first (old) way
seems more logical to me, i.e. for plugins that need to do something on
logout and need the $_SESSION.
Therefore I propose to reverse these two lines.

I don't see why there should be a good reason for the reversal, I don't
think there was, so I've unreversed them and put them back in the original
order which is indeed more logical.
