[SM-I18N] french translation for shared calendar plugin - a beginning

Hello,

I've begun the french translation for the shared calendar plugin.

It's incomplete (lacks all about administration, only public screens are 
translated)  and could surely be improved. Anyway, it's maybe better than 
nothing so here it is.
