Check, if you can connect to IMAP server with other mail client or telnet.

telnet imapserver 143
a01 login "username" "password"
a02 select "INBOX"
a03 logout

Make sure that imap port is not hijacked by other imap server.

Make sure that SquirrelMail is configured for cyrus.

Check if you can reproduce your problem not in Turkish translation.

Please use SquirrelMail users mailing list. i18n list should be used to
solve internationalization related problems.
