The csv import function falls into the same problem as the attachment does, If someone bales out early, the file is not unlinked. They have to click finish before this happens. Also, if they get out of the script and then in and then out. They have a chance of having the flags set wrong and losing their imported file pointer, probably resulting in a huge spew of errors.
