Time for my weekly set of changes

abook_take:
  * Cleaned up HTML

bug_report:
  * It now lets you pick which list to send the bug report to
  * Link in bar on top now has spaces after it and looks like the rest

gzip:
  * No longer requires temporary file if you have zlib (YEAY)

translate:
  * HTML cleanup

I also altered the filters plugin (and sent it to Luke) to have automatic spam filters.  They use MAPS (RBL, RSS, DUL) and ORBS.  You get to decide which ones to apply and where the spam messages go.  It could be sped up, and I'll take care of that later.  If it looks good to Luke, it'll be released soon.

I am also almost done with another plugin, mail_fetch, which will probably act a lot like IMP's Fetchmail function.
