ALL BOX PLUGIN

I wrote a ver simple plugin (ALLBOX) that let you select all the emails in 
a folder display page, so you can move or delete all emails in only 2 
clicks. i have test it in NETSCAPE and IE, and work just fine. i would like 
you to take a look at it and let me know what you think.
i include in the file the plugin and a README with some changes you have to 
make in squirrelmail code.
