Please suspend vchpass plugin

Hi:

Since the password management has been changed in SquirrelMail .5pre2, I
request that you suspend vchpass plugin on the Squirrelmail.org site or
add a note that it won't work past .5pre1. When .5 comes out, I will
rewrite the plugin to reflect the changes. Thanks! :)
