moving and deleting messages

just for reference:

we decided this morning to use a drop down (choice) box that lets the
user select what action they would like to perform, and one submit
button.

the action currently would be "delete selected messages" or "move
selected messages".

by doing it this way, we use pure HTML for maximum compatability.  we
had been thinking of using 2 submit buttons, and javascript to change
the form's action upon a click of each button.  this way is better.
