[SM-USERS] bug report of "tnef_decoder" plugin

Hi,

It is found that the plugin package "tnef_decoder-1.0-1.4.0" contains
incompatibility with PHP 8.

On running "php -l functions.php", it returns

"PHP Fatal error: Array and string offset access syntax with curly
braces is no longer supported in functions.php on line 236".

This prevents the display of attachments list near the screen bottom
in SquirrelMail.
