[SM-USERS] SM and PHP8

I am testing a FreeBSD package for squirrelmail built for PHP8.  I get this
error when I connect to the test server:

with curly braces is no longer supported in
/usr/local/www/squirrelmail/functions/strings.php on line 634

Is squirrelmail usable with PHP8?
