[SM-PLUGINS] Folder Synch plugin compatible with 1.5.2

Hi all,

I've added last missing pieces to Folder Synch plugin to make it
compatible with SquirrelMail version 1.5.2.

If someone needs it, you can download it here:

It even works with Preview Pane plugin, although not ideal.
