The description of the bug:

Wenever I try to create a new Key, it show:

There was a problem with your request
    This action can only be performed on a secure
    connection (https). Please change the 'http'
    in your address bar to 'https', and try again.

and this thext is NOT SHOWN in the GERMAN translation.

However, I attach a screenshoot where you can see, THAT I HAVE
a https:// connection!  The GPG Plugin is wrong!

I can reproduce the bug by:

simply clicking on "Generate new personal key pair"
