A little late, but I was the maintainer of the tbaddr plugin. We used it in house at my company for several years, but we no longer use it. I was bitterly disappointed by the failure of my efforts to get it listed on the squirrelmail page, so I stopped paying attention to the squirrelmail dev. lists. It never fully supported 1.5. Judging by the squirrelmail page, even squirrelmail does not fully support 1.5!
