[SM-PLUGINS] Language switch does not work

Hello,

I installed SquirrelMail 1.4.22 and all locales
"all_locales-1.4.18-20090526.zip". I set the language default in
"config.php" to "cs_CZ" . My webmail does not show this default language.
Whem I tried to force it via user setting = in particular user -> it did not
change either. It shows all the time English.

I tried even to force cs_CZ in i18.php (either forced or not) - it showed
English.

I have my webmail at windows 2008 R2 server.

Any idea where is the problem?
