[SM-imapproxy] imapproxy contributions

Hi,

I have taken over the up-imapproxy package in openSUSE's open  
buildservice and have some contributions which I'd like to deliver to  
the upstream project squirrelmail-imapproxy. This includes an updated  
startup script and an updated RPM specfile template.

I will probably also write a systemd startup file for imapproxy shortly.
 From the website I have not figured if it is best to discuss these  
items on the squirrelmail-imapproxy or the squirrelmail-devel lists.

I also have not found the rules for contributing files or code to the  
project. Any pointers are welcome :)
