[SM-imapproxy] Pimpstat metrics explanation

Hi everybody,

we've been running imapproxy for several months with great success, but 
we're having some trouble trying to understand the pimpstat output.

Are there any docs about the meaning of each metric? We've been unable 
to find them.

Specifically we'd like to know the meaning of "Client connections", 
"Active server connections" and "Cached server connections".
