Depends on the platform you're using to acess it. On a PC it should
be Alt+Shift+key.

It does go to "Send" after the body, but you probably have multiple
send buttons on the screen due to your configuration for where the
buttons are placed ("Location of Buttons when Composing"). You can
move them to after the message body to eliminate multiple send buttons
or ask me offlist for a new version of the plugin that has a fix for
this.
