You have too many messages in your mailbox and exceeded your mail quota.
You have contacted creators of webmail software. This webmail interface is
free and can be used by any webmail provider. If you are unable to read
your mailbox, contact your webmail provider and ask them to clean your
mailbox.

If you still can access your mailbox, delete some unneeded messages. Start
deleting from Trash folder. If you are unable to delete some message and
trash folder is empty - go to Options -> folder preferences and disable
use of trash folder.

If you use filters plugin, go to
http://your-webmail-address/path/src/options.php, select filtering plugin
and remove all your filters

If you use mail_fetch plugin, go to same url and disable automatic
fetching from remote servers.

You can also try downloading all messages with some pop3 email client if
provider allows pop3 connections. Outlook Express, Mozilla Mail, Mozilla
ThunderBird, Eudora, some other.
