[SM-USERS] cant add subfolders anymore...

Hi !

Problem is that i cant add subfolders to other folders anymore with version
1.4.0 - with 1.2.11 it worked fine.

After you add folder with subfolder-option it adds folder itself to server
but you cant add any folders into that - it wont show up to the listing...
old subfolders are shown (added with previous squirrelmail version) but you
cant add new folders to those anymore...

Using redhat 7.3, squirrelmail 1.4.0 with mysql...

Anyone else had that problem ?
