Hi 1. Bug 956724 https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=956724&group_id=311&atid=100311 What file is used to generate http://www.squirrelmail.org/sums/squirrelmail-1.4.3-RC1.zip.md5 ? File that is available in SourceForge osdn, unc and umn mirrors does match md5sum. This file is also corrupted. ----- $zip -T squirrelmail-1.4.3-RC1.zip zip warning: missing end signature--probably not a zip file (did you zip warning: remember to use binary mode when you transferred it?) zip error: Zip file structure invalid (squirrelmail-1.4.3-RC1.zip) $zip -v Copyright (C) 1990-1999 Info-ZIP Type 'zip "-L"' for software license. This is Zip 2.3 (November 29th 1999), by Info-ZIP. ----- I have used wget to download file. I am sure that I haven't downloaded SF html page. File contains zip header (squirrelmail-1.4.3-RC1.zip: Zip archive data, at least v1.0 to extract). I think there were posts on the list about it or at least about wrong md5sums, but last post said that issue is corrected. 2. I am planning to remove translations from SM-1_4-STABLE by the end of week if nobody stops me and there is no "lets fix some hot issues" release. We already tested separate locale packaging with 1.5.0 and 1.4.2 translation updates. If we remove translations, packagers will have to rewrite their packaging scripts and users have to take extra installation steps. By having separate translation packages we can * update translations more often that squirrelmail releases * include other plugin translations * create combined squirrelmail+plugins statistics without "download all plugins, find translated ones, rearrange them" scripts. If we keep translations in squirrelmail cvs and in locales cvs, it is harder to maintain a thing. I'll post information about it on i18n and user's lists and answer all "translation is not working in 1.4.4" questions. -- Tomas |
