[SM-STABLE] sign-up for a new user

Dear friends,
 
I am a new SqMail's user and very sorry if this is too old question.
I am in a masqueraded Redhat 8.0 box and using SqMail version 1.2.7.
Users that signed-up manually can use the web-based SqMail from anywhere 
nicely without any problem. The problem is, a NEW user that does not signed
already in the box, he (she) should can be signed-up by his (her)self from 
anywhere. Just like in a yahoo-mail.  So my question is, is there any plug-in 
software that work for  SqMail version 1.2.7 in a masqueraded Redhat 8.0 box?
