[SM-STABLE] domain name not appended to adresses anymore?

In versions 1.4.0 and older, Squirrelmail appended my own domain name to
addresses without a domain.
I upgraded to 1.4.1 and it's not happening any more.

Was there a change in Squirrelmail or did a just forget something in the
config.php?

(I know there are other ways to get the result I'm looking for. But I don't
want to mess with my Sendmail config.)
