[SM-STABLE] SquirrelMail on W2k

Hello,
I have SquirrelMail 1.4.0 running on a Win2k with IIS and PHP 4.3.2 and
everything is OK.
 
The only questions is, how can I have the different languages? Specialy
interested in Spanish.
 
Can I use a generated language file? has anyone generated such a file
yet?
