This is not an error in Squirrelmail, but rather an error in your smtp
server configuration.  Does your mail server require you to log in before
it will allow relay?  There is an option for this in conf.pl.

This is just PHP complaining because the previous error was shown before
SquirrelMail got a chance to send any HTTP headers.  Not really the
problem, but rather a symptom of the previous problem.

I'd take a close look at my smtp server configuration.
