Hello all, Reference headers have been updated in CVS. They should now be handled per rfc2822. <quote> The "References:" field will contain the contents of the parent's "References:" field (if any) followed by the contents of the parent's "Message-ID:" field (if any). If the parent message does not contain a "References:" field but does have an "In-Reply-To:" field containing a single message identifier, then the "References:" field will contain the contents of the parent's "In-Reply-To:" field followed by the contents of the parent's "Message-ID:" field (if any). If the parent has none of the "References:", "In-Reply-To:", or "Message-ID:" fields, then the new message will have no "References:" field. </quote> I created a get_reference_header function in imap_messages to return the header lines. This was needed since references can span more than one header line. I also added a calculate_references function to smtp.php that formulates/formats the reference header for outgoing replies. please post if you have any problems Jason Munro AOL/Yahoo: jmunr0 ja...@st... |
